Save Multiple Photos from Google Drive to iPhone
It turns out that Apple lets you connect Google Drive to the Files app so you can access all of your files in one spot. The Files app allows you to access files stored in iCloud, Dropbox, Google Drive, and iPhone storage.
Because we need to enable Google Drive first, you won’t see the option to access it when you open the Files app. On your iPhone, open the Files app and tap the browse button at the bottom of the screen.
To access the drop-down menu, hit the choices button in the top right corner. Tap Edit

You’ll see a toggle switch next to Google Drive; tap it to enable it. We now have access to Google Drive and all of its files and folders.

Simply navigate to the folder where the photographs are saved in the Google Drive folder in the Files app to download them. Then, in the upper right corner, tap the options button.

Swipe your finger over the checkboxes on the left to select all the photographs you want to download. Then, in the bottom left, hit the share icon and then tap Save images. It will take some time for the program to download all the photographs to the Photos app, after which you can find them on your iPhone. It’s that simple!
